Sempre inovando com qualidade do carnaval de Salvador, a Diva lançou em 2009 um novo conceito de bloco, o Open Barra! Sucesso desde o lançamento, o bloco parte para o quarto ano de sucesso, num novo formato: 15 ás 18h - concentração OPEN BAR em local próximo á saída do bloco, 18h – arrastão com banda de fanfarra até o trio elétrico e início do desfile. Cada associado ganha 05 fichas de whisky ou vodca e 05 de Skol para tomar durante o desfile, garantindo a animação em toda a festa!

Famoso pelo conceito inédito, público bonito e animado, o Open Barra é a grande opção para que quer curtir um bloco com serviços diferenciados e conforto!
